Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, box, and papers included.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return and share the return address with you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost, including return delivery. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Non-returnable items
Items damaged through misuse, engraved or personalized items, and items returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
